Take Ur Seat

Terms of service

Last updated August 22, 2026

What this is

Take Ur Seat provides an internal ordering and operations platform for its own locations and authorized partners. These terms govern your use of it.

Who may use it

Accounts are issued by the business owner to named staff and authorized partners. You may not share your account, sign in on behalf of someone else, or let another person use a device where you are signed in. If you leave the business or change roles, your access may be changed or removed without notice.

Signing in

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the mobile number on your account. Keep that device secure and tell the owner immediately if you lose it — phone changes and lost-phone recovery are handled manually by the owner.

Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for the business's own ordering operations.
  • Do not enter false order, delivery, or receiving information — other people and the accounting record rely on it.
  • Do not attempt to access locations, orders, or records outside the scope your role grants you.
  • Do not copy or share business pricing, vendor, or margin data outside the business.

SMS alerts

Take Ur Seat operational alerts is an optional alert program covering order deadlines, approvals you need to give, emergency stock requests, and delivery updates for your assigned locations. You opt in yourself when signing in; we do not enroll you automatically. Message frequency varies with your own ordering activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your mobile number.

Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and ordering deadlines depend on services we do not control, including SMS delivery by mobile carriers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Take Ur Seat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by a message that was delayed or not delivered.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
